Mel’s funeral will be held at Llanelli Crematorium on Thursday 17th February at 2pm.

Refreshments will be available after the funeral at THE STRADEY ARMS.

New Dress Code for Midweek Matches and Tournaments!

A new Rule has been introduced for this season by the League and County Association which now allows players to wear BLACK Trousers in mid week League and Tournament matches. There is also no requirement for players to wear the same colour trousers so teams can wear a mix of grey or black. No jeans will be allowed.

A big well done to Club Stalwart, Steven Pope and his daughter Tiegan, who have raised £3000 for the Chemotherapy Unit at Llanelli’s Prince Philip Hospital. Steve and Tiegan presented the cheque as a thank you for the treatment Steve is receiving at the unit after being diagnosed terminally ill last October. Steve said ” My daughter Tiegan,  organised a surprise party for me in January as she wanted me to see all my friends again, maybe for the last time! It was an amazing night with over 200 attending! I certainly had a big surprise when I walked through the door! I had friends and ex work colleagues there from all over the UK and even from Greece! Its a night I will cherish for ever and I am so proud of Tiegan for organising the evening along with Mike Rees, Kath Powell and Jo Brewster and raising so much money for the Chemotherapy Day Unit, who have given me wonderful care and support”
