A Home Side representative must also inform the League Secretary of the result, as soon as possible after the match completion, by text message or electronic mail

14.2 The Result Card
The Result Card shall be completed by representatives of both sides immediately on completion of the game and shall contain the following legible information

A properly completed Result Card, duly signed by representatives of both sides, shall be the arbiter in any disputes.

14.3 Recording of Results
The League Secretary shall record the results received and shall compile League Tables. Only results received on Official Result Cards via personal delivery, post or photographic evidence using e-mail, WhatsApp, or other agreed systems, shall be included on the Official League Table.

14.4 Failure to Submit Result Cards
Where no result card is received within seven days of the match, the matter shall be investigated by the League Secretary, and, if not resolved within seven days of his investigation, it shall be dealt with by the League Management Committee who, upon receipt of the evidence available, may:
Award up to a maximum of 14 points to the non-offending side
Not award points to the offending side
In addition to the above, impose a monetary penalty, to a maximum of £10, on an offending side, for a second or subsequent occasion in the same season.

15. Unplayed Matches
Inclement Weather and Player Safety
The Home Side, where possible, shall inform their opponents, a minimum of two hours before the scheduled commencement time, that a match cannot be played due to weather conditions and/or concerns over player safety. Sides may also agree, immediately prior to the commencement of a match, that such conditions exist.

16. Abandoned Matches
Where a match, that has commenced, is abandoned for any reason, and a minimum of 15 ends has been completed on all rinks, then, if both sides agree, the match result shall stand at the point of abandonment.

17. Re-arrangement of Matches
Where a match has not been played under Rule 15, or been abandoned under Rule 16, and either sufficient ends have not been completed or there has not been an agreement reached under Rules 15 or 16, Sides shall, within seven days, reach an agreement for the playing or completion of the match, on a date not later than 21 days from the Official Date. The Secretary of the Home Side shall, within three days, notify the League Secretary of the agreed arrangements. Where agreement cannot be reached, the Secretary of the Home Side shall immediately notify the League Secretary and the matter shall be investigated by the League Management Committee.
The 21-day Rule may be extended where it is compromised by National or County Finals or the League Festival Week.
If one of the original players in a team (rink) is not available, one substitute will be allowed. Players, however, must not be transferred from one team (rink) to another. If players are transferred from one team (rink) to another, the defaulting side will forfeit the game to their opponents.
Any substitute may not play in the position of skip, so other team (rink) members shall rearrange their positions.
